… thank you and your company for the excellent customer service you exhibited during a problem we experienced on our bagging line.We had purchased special low melt bags from you for the first time a few weeks ago. While using these bags in production we experienced problems with them opening at the right time to allow for proper filling. When we called about it, you had representatives at our facility almost immediately.You discovered that there was a minor problem with the talc content on the inside. Your people took samples back and we had replacements within a few days. You replaced the entire shipment, with minimal disruption to our line, and it was done with courtesy throughout. I was recently faced with a unique packaging problem that required repeated cross-country shipments of very heavy parts. ABC Packaging Direct helped us design and prove out a custom metal pallet that will replace our wooden pallets. The metal pallets are nearly indestructible and should outlast the wooden pallets by years. ABC Packaging Direct was able to keep the cost of the new metal pallets comparable to the old pallets while still keeping the weight nearly the same so that our shipping costs would not be affected. The metal pallets also eliminated any safety concerns relating to splintering and breakage of the wooden pallets.

In the 30 plus years that I've worked for General Electric I've dealt with thousands of vendors. ABC Systems makes my short list of vendors who go out of their way to deliver on what they promise. Their knowledgeable and resourceful staff has always been able to help with our packaging needs. For solutions to packaging and storage issues my first call would go out to ABC Packaging Direct.
