Can you print Zipper Bags?
Absolutely.on one side or both sides in several colors.

How long does a printed zipper bag take to produce?
After the printing plate is made and the artwork approved by the customer, no longer than a plain zipper bag. The lead time depends on the quantity ordered but 3-5 weeks is safe and usually can be much faster than this.

How many zipper bags do I need to purchase in order to get them printed?
Good question…zipper bags, like all plastic bags are sold by weight, so the total quantity needed will depend on the size and thickness of the bag itself. However, we are one of the few companies who have separate production lines for smaller volumes.

Can you make a printed zipper bag that has the zipper and top of the bag already sealed so all I have to do is load the opposite end and seal it?
Another great question…yes, this is called a bottom loaded, tamper evident zipper bag.

I’ve never sealed a bag before, what do I need to do this?
A sealing tool, basically two heated bands clamp the film together and seal the bag. These tools can be very simple to very complex depending on the application. We don’t sell them but will gladly help you find the right sealing tool via one of our approved suppliers.

How do I know what film to use for my zipper bag?
It depends on the product you are shipping and what you are trying to do. Our engineers will gladly work with you to design the right film for your application.

What do you need from me in order to quote a custom printed zipper bag?
The internal dimension of the bag (inside the zipper to the bottom of the bag), how much room from the zipper to the top of the bag, how much weight you are putting into the bag, what you are putting into the bag (to determine the type of film you need) your quantity, and an electronic copy of your printing scheme.
